スペインの好きな食べ物 ベスト5 Part 2 by 夫

Spain's 5 Favorite Foods Part 2 by Husband

Hello!

How are you all doing? I am fine! After all, tension rises in summer! (A tube!) Ah! It was my second time with this story. . .

Last weekend, I made a small dream come true.

As I said before, it was one of my dreams to go to the Camp Nou, which is also the home of FC Barcelona. My actual play was too poor, and my family who came to cheer me on continued to complain, but it was a happy moment.

Well, last time I announced my 5th and 4th favorite food (I also confessed that I was about to leak it. Wry smile), but let's take a look at the rest this time!

No.3 Mushroom Saute

The third place is mushrooms!

I never thought mushrooms would see the light of day. . . When I made two blocks for the first time in junior high school, I was told that it looked like a mushroom, but now that sounds like a compliment.

Only Japanese or Spanish people eat mushrooms like this.

In autumn, many kinds of mushrooms are lined up like this in supermarkets and greengrocers. (Sorry, I didn't have a very good photo, so this photo is diverted)

My favorite is the sautéed mushroom platter with egg yolk (pictured in San Sebastian).

Speaking of mushrooms, I like this mushroom that comes out in autumn.

This mushroom called Rovello has never been seen in Japan. When freshly picked, they are light orange, but after a little time, green spots appear.

At first, I thought it was mold, but that's not the case. It has a crunchy texture, and the smell of the forest, like when you take a bath with babu, will pass through your nose.

However, mushrooms are rich in dietary fiber, so I, of course, have a weak stomach, so I want to eat them with caution. However, so far the tragedy I talked about last time has not happened after eating mushrooms. If I had to say, even Hoschan was surprised (!?) , once after eating a mushroom, it came out of his nose .

I could loose every hole. Next time I want to be careful not to come out of my ears.

2nd Place Shellfish

Second place is shellfish.

In Spain, shellfish are abundant and delicious. There are even things you don't see in Japan. The way of eating is called A la plancha , and many of them are simply grilled, and seasoned with olive oil and garlic .

Among them, I recommend Berbechos and Tellerina, which are rarely seen in Japan, or even never seen.

Vervechos, as you can see in the photo, look like clams, but have jagged shells and orange flesh that is chewy. Tagellina is shaped like a sunflower seed, and although it is not often eaten, it has a rich flavor and is oh my kelp .

Oh my konbu, I want to commend you for knowing this story. There is a manga called Oh My Kombu that was popular in the early 90's (?), and it is a trivial manga where everyone shouts "Oh My Kombu" when they eat the food made by the main character.

However, I want to keep in mind that the original is Yasushi Akimoto, even in such a manga.

It means that everyone has a downfall period.

The classic clams are also called A la marinera , steamed in white wine and you'll feel like you're going to die.

This razor clam, Navajas in Spanish and Razor Clam in English, both mean pocket knife or razor.

It may not be exactly shellfish, but a suspicious food called Percebes is popular here as a super-luxury ingredient.

Persebes looks like a turtle's hand, so it is called "Kame no Te" in Japan.

This Persebes can only be taken in western Galicia in Spain.

Inhabits coastal rocky areas or clings to rocks. Moreover, it seems that the bigger and more delicious persebes inhabit the rocky areas with higher waves, and fishermen risk their lives to catch them from the rocky areas of Galicia where the waves are rough.

In fact, they even wear a lifeline and fish while being swallowed up by violent waves, so the price goes up a lot. Sometimes it costs 200 euros per kilogram (about 6 times the price in Japan) .

For busy moms, there are times when you want to borrow a cat's hand! In such a case, eat turtle hands that look gross but are nutritious and cheer yourself up!

We, Totto Anila Beh, want to be like grandchildren's hands that reach out to everyone's itchy spots!

We are like grandchildren, and in order to meet everyone's expectations, we are doing our first gift project until the 22nd .

I will give you a pair of very cute and high quality Maison Mangostan sandals !

Lately I've been overeating and my stomach is popping out, but is this really fat? !
