配送・送料について

商品は全て日本国内からの発送です。

送料は、一部地域を除き全国一律1,000円(税込)となります。

ただし、北海道、沖縄のみ1,500円(税込)となります。

なお、商品を合計16,500円以上(税込)お買い上げ頂きますと、送料が無料となります。

配送日数について

日にちに関しまして、基本的には注文確定日から3日後以降に到着します。

（北海道、九州、沖縄、離島のお客さまは4日以上かかる場合もございます。）

なお、天候の状況や道路規制等の影響により、一時的に配達業務の停止がある場合、

お荷物のお届けに遅れが生じる可能性がございます。

引き渡し時期

受注確認、決算完了後、３−５営業日以内に発送いたします。
また、時間指定につきましてはできる限り対応致しますが、
即日発送など出来かねる場合もございますのでご了承ください。
配送は日本国内のみとさせていただきます。

海外配送に関して

海外配送しております。

配送料¥5,000

※別途関税等が発生する場合がございます。

WORLD WIDE SHIPPING

We ship our products worldwide.

Shipping cost 5,000 Japanese yen

Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside JAPAN are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery.

We dispatch all orders within 2-5 days (Monday – Friday) except during peak periods where shippings may take longer.

Once we send your order, you will receive your tracking number by e-mail to follow your package along its journey. Feel free to contact info@totanirabe.com if you have any further questions or concerns regarding your order’s shipment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you change the delivery address, there will be an additional charge, which you will have to pay to the courier company directly upon delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Customs fees for international orders placed outside Japan are not included. Depending on the country where you make the purchase, the amount of taxed orders varies.
